Permanent, Full Time 40 Hours

We are looking to recruit a Project Manager (Gas Contract Manager) to join at our Goldney Road hub, London, W9 2AR.

About the Role

Leading the day-to-day activity of the Project, in accordance with our best practise and governance standards, you ll ensure all business objectives are met, within overall time, cost and budget constraints, whilst supporting the bid and business development process.

With a detailed understanding of operational, commercial and contractual KPIs, you ll manage and maximise operational service delivery and productivity, promoting a clear focus on quality assurance, service accessibility and responsiveness, maximining client involvement and feedback.

Key attributes to this role are as follows:

  • Social Housing and Gas Breakdowns, Compliancy, Installations and Cyclical Maintenance background.
  • Operational management experience/service delivery in Gas delivery - managing operatives and subcontractors performance and KPIs.
  • Valid competency in Gas service delivery.
  • Passionate about service delivery, employee and resident engagement.
  • Can do attitude and attributes perfected to deliver first time fix solutions.
  • Delivering a compliant, safe and resilient service.
  • Delivering services within budget.
  • Strong track record of managing multi-site workforces.
  • No hybrid working, must be able to work from main office located at Maida Vale.
  • Good level of written English e.g. ability to write responses to complaints.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Good communication skills e.g. ability to communicate with different stakeholders at different levels.
  • Ensure best practice prevails throughout the Region s activities.

About You

Candidates will have proven Gas experience, ideally within the Social Housing sector. With knowledge of responsive, cyclical and planned maintenance services, you ll have excellent leadership skills motivating a range of teams in order to delivery excellent services to our customers.

You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only). You ll also need to have a flexible approach as you ll be required to travel to sites around the area.
