Project Manager- Fund / Propco refurb led Projects

Job Description

An innovative, client-focused Building & Project Management consultancy requires an experienced Project Manager to join their team at Senior Surveyor level. In this role, you will primarily focus on investor-led refurbishment projects, working primarily on office assets. Their clients include major funds, property companies, and investors.

They are considered outstanding by their clients, who are very happy with the management of projects and how they deliver them. They firmly believe in empowering and trusting their Project Managers, and as a result, you will be offered a high degree of flexible working. Experience Required

They need experienced Project Managers who are intelligent, good communicators, and adept at working with investor clients. You must convey confidence while displaying humility.

You must have previously worked on end-to-end projects, and because much of the work is refurbishment and fit-out, previous experience in this area would be highly desirable.

Ideally, you will be chartered (RICS, APM, CIOB).
