Project Manager for Paris
The French-Speaking Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading, planning, and delivering projects within a dynamic international environment. The ideal candidate must be fluent in French and English, demonstrates strong stakeholder management abilities, and brings proven expertise in guiding projects from inception to completion. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Role is based in Paris, with three days a week in the office mandatory
Contract position.
Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across multiple teams and locations.
Identify, manage, and engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and expectations are understood and met.
Facilitate effective communication between project teams, leadership, and external partners, both in French and English.
Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals and stakeholder needs.
Establish and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing clear updates and reporting to stakeholders.
Ensure all project documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date in both French and English.
Drive continuous improvement processes based on project outcomes and stakeholder feedback.
Required Skills and Experience
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Proven experience in project management, ideally within an international or multicultural context.
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and management at all levels (internal and external).
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations and reports in both languages.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) is an asset.
