Excellent opportunity to join a nationwide leading FM business in a Project Management role, where you'll be working on highly reputable clients, overseeing FM projects from cradle to grave.

With over 20 locations across the UK, this well-established business have amassed a successful reputation for delivering excellence within building management, FM and civil engineering. They are seeking an experienced FM Project Manager, to work across the West Midlands.

In this role, you'll be overseeing refurbishments, new installations and minor projects ranging from values of 25k-1m. This will include management of all site staff, project planning, tendering from inception to completion, and managing/controlling all project resources.

This is a great chance to step into an autonomous position working for a leading FM business who are offering fantastic professional development and internal training opportunities.

THE ROLE:
Overall management of FM projects
Site staff management, project planning, project tendering
Split between Redditch office and travelling out to site

THE PERSON:
Previous experience in a Project Management role
From a Facilities Management or Construction background
Experience working with NEC4 contracts preferred
