Facilitate Search have partnered with one of the UK's largest FM service providers to recruit Project Managers in the North West.

Working on a flagship contract for the business, I am looking to speak with Project Management professionals actively looking for their next position.

Project Manager - FM

Location: North West (Offices in Liverpool, Manchester)

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

Package: Company Vehicle or Allowance £5,000 + 25/8 days holiday + Bonus + Private Healthcare & Excellent company benefits

Responsibilities:

1. Working for one of the UK's largest FM service providers on a key contract for the business.
2. As Project Manager, you will be regional covering a variety of areas in the North West.
3. Projects will include refurbishments, fit-outs as well as mechanical & electrical/building fabric upgrades.
4. As a key appointment for the business, you will be expected to deliver between £2m - £3m per annum.
5. Delivering a variety of works at one time with values ranging between £50k - £1m.

7. Projects will be delivered within commercial buildings and contact centres.

Requirements:

1. Experience as a Project Manager/Project Supervisor having worked within an FM environment.
2. Strong understanding of M&E/Building Fabric project delivery.
3. Be commercially aware with a proven track record of taking financial ownership of your projects.
4. UK Driving License - prepared to travel as part of the role.
