We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract.

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering AI, machine learning, and software projects for our clients. Although this is a remote role, the successful candidate will be based in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects within Provenir AI, developing AI products and solutions for clients
  • Manage projects across all stages, ensuring successful delivery
  • Develop detailed project plans with cross-functional teams
  • Apply risk management practices across all activities
  • Coordinate internal and external resources involved in projects
  • Define project scope and requirements; ensure appropriate timelines and budgets
  • Manage the project team daily, addressing issues and risks to meet quality, time, and cost constraints
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Communicate project status and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Organize and lead user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Resolve functional and technical issues from stakeholders
  • Exceed client expectations with service quality
  • Drive continuous improvement within the team

Qualifications, Strengths, and Skills:

  • 5+ years of project management experience delivering software development projects
  • Experience with data, AI, or Machine Learning projects, especially in financial services, fraud, or compliance (beneficial)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business-related discipline
  • Relevant project management certifications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of different project management methodologies and adaptability
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, leadership skills
  • Excellent scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Team player with strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving strategies
  • Perseverance to complete projects
