Role Overview:

As a Project Manager – Fire, Security, IRS Systems, your role is to manage the full project life cycle from start-up, through delivery, to project completion. Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed limits for time, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects
  2. Create and execute plans and work breakdown structures as appropriate
  3. Manage day-to-day project tasks
  4. Lead project meetings with clients, suppliers, and third parties
  5. Communicate regular project updates internally and to clients
  6. Negotiate internally and externally to resolve project risks and issues
  7. Manage project scope and change control
  8. Produce and maintain project initiation and management documents
  9. Provide reliable resourcing requirements
  10. Be hands-on when required to ensure client satisfaction
  11. Carry out full handover to the client on project completion
Requirements:
  1. Detailed knowledge of project management principles
  2. Experience of full project life cycle and methodologies
  3. Relevant qualifications (FIA/NSI/LPCB/C&G etc.)
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  5. Ability to work collaboratively and motivate others
  6. Good presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  7. Experience managing multiple activities and leading teams
  8. Previous experience with systems like CCTV/Access Control
  9. Experience in construction or Fire & Security systems industry
  10. Clear criminal record and ability to pass security screening
