This well-established, LPCB certificated fire alarm and fire safety systems installer and service provider based in South London is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of retrofit/refurbishment installation projects valued from £5k to £250k, in accordance with BS 5839.
Responsibilities include site surveying and reporting anomalies to line management before contract start, ensuring profitability and quality, managing all subcontractors and engineers regarding performance, health and safety, handing over completed projects with manuals and drawings, providing technical support to sales and small works teams, coordinating with the Project Coordinator on work in progress, conducting site visits for quality control, and other related tasks.
Applicants should have experience in fire alarm project management and site supervision, document control, financial management, budgeting, knowledge of IS09002 procedures, BS 5839 standards, and design capabilities. This opportunity offers a basic salary up to £60,000 (negotiable), plus travel allowance and benefits.
