Overview

Position: Project Manager (Fire Safety)

Location: South Wales

Band: 7

Rate: Between £27 - £33 per Hour

Hours: 8am - 4pm with Flexible working hours and offer of Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee several Projects across an active site
  • Mainly look after projects within the Fire Safety department, including a £4m fire alarm replacement
  • Assist the Fire Safety Manager and the Head of Health and Safety with anything project related
  • Liaise with senior management to relay information regarding budgets and timescales
  • Manage contractors to ensure work is being done to strict Health & Safety standards
  • Communicate with estates, design and construction teams
