My client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to spearhead our social housing fire door remediation projects. This role involves managing every aspect of these projects, ensuring timely completion within budget while upholding the highest safety standards.

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee fire door remediation projects in social housing.
  • Ensure compliance with all fire safety regulations and standards.
  • Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for clear communication and successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS
