We're excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a Project Manager - Fire & Building Safety.
What you'll be doing
You'll undertake project management of Golding Homes fire & building safety remediation delivered through contractors and developers alike. Project management will include taking projects from inception to completion, and embedding lessons learnt within the business. The role includes robust contract administration and the procurement of contracts.
You'll provide technical solutions and support on complex building safety and maintenance issues. You'll progress and undertake procurement of proposed fire & building safety works contracts to maintain and improve Golding Homes assets.
More about you. What can you bring?
We’re looking for someone with a HND Building Surveying / Project Management related qualification. Assoc RICS/MRICS, Associate APM, or MCIOB is desirable.
You'll have demonstrable experience of Project Management working in housing and planned maintenance environment. You'll have contract management experience, including JCT and NHF forms of contract.
You'll have excellent knowledge of building and contract law, as well as building regulations and related legislation.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of £53,500 per annum dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
