Overall purpose

We re looking for someone who s not just a strong project manager, but also a great collaborator, someone who can listen, interpret, and turn strategy into action. They ll be working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Devolved Governments, helping to convene roundtables, guide delivery partners, and keep everything on track.

Duties and responsibilties

  • Strong project management, ideally in strategy or policy work
  • Experience working across the four nations and understanding the nuances
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Confident writing strategy documents, business cases, and risk assessments
  • Calm, collaborative, and proactive approach
  • Background in public or third sector (ALBs, charities, advice services)
  • Able to work within structured governance but take initiative
