The Company

  • Their clients include numerous Top 50 main contractors, developers, and landowners, working on a wide range of landmark projects, both residential and commercial.
  • HQ based in Essex with projects in London and the home counties.

The Role - Project Manager

My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them initially on a project in Cambridge, with further projects being in London and home counties.

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating programmes, managing resources, and ensuring timely project delivery.

  • Lead project team
  • Monitor progress
  • Ensure programme dates are met
  • Conduct regular meetings with design, precon, and subcontractors
  • Review method statements and risk assessments

Previous experience in a Project Manager role, within facade is essential.
