Location:

Halesowen-based with travel across the UK and Europe

Salary:

£40,000 - £50,000

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of events and exhibitions from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. You'll collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to create immersive brand experiences for clients across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the main client contact, translating their vision into reality
  2. Manage the full project lifecycle from briefing to on-site installation and debrief
  3. Travel to client meetings and oversee installations across the UK and Europe
  4. Coordinate with internal teams including design, production, and logistics
  5. Ensure quality, craftsmanship, and safety standards are maintained
  6. Address challenges proactively and adapt plans as necessary
Requirements
  • Experience in project management within events, exhibitions, construction, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • Practical knowledge of joinery, woodwork, or temporary structures is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends
