THE ROLE

Due to business growth and exciting times ahead, we are now seeking an experienced Event Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join this amazing team!

You will be responsible for the delivery and management of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, leading and overseeing full project lifecycles.

Duties will include:

1. Delivering a mixture of events end to end
2. Briefing into the wider agency and leading responses to client briefs
3. Planning logistics for events
4. Liaising with external suppliers
5. Communicating effectively with both internal and external teams
6. Regularly updating clients with progress and project reports
7. Budget management
8. Managing events onsite across the UK

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end management of various events, preferably gained from working in an events agency. Candidates must be client-facing and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
