Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the execution of Ethical Power projects within our EPC division. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from design and procurement to construction and commissioning. Your role will involve managing multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring project compliance with environmental and ethical standards, and delivering projects that contribute to a cleaner energy future.

What will you be doing?

1. Lead and manage the successful delivery of ethical power projects, ensuring they align with sustainability and environmental standards.
2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
3. Oversee procurement of materials and services while ensuring ethical sourcing and sustainability.
4. Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparency, collaboration, and clear communication across all phases of the project.
5. Ensure that all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
7. Address and mitigate any potential risks related to the ethical, environmental, or technical aspects of the project.
8. Lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and ethical practices.

What are we looking for?

1. Experience in project management within the EPC sector, ideally focused on renewable energy or sustainable projects.
2. Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects with a focus on sustainability and ethical power generation.
3. Strong understanding of solar renewable energy technologies.
4. Expertise in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project).
5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to drive innovation and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle.
7. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications preferred.
