Beyond project delivery, there’s scope to mentor junior colleagues, contribute to team development, and shape the future of our Environmental Project Management capability.

This is a great opportunity to build your core project management and PMO skills, develop confidence, and progress towards a Senior Environmental Project Manager role over time. You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative team that genuinely invests in your development and gives you the space to learn, grow and succeed.

Our work is varied, impactful and often nationally significant. You could be contributing to major programmes such as National Grid’s Great Grid Upgrade, Heathrow Expansion, East–West Rail or Sizewell C, alongside a wide range of projects that shape how people live, work and travel.

And if you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, and don’t mind the occasional spreadsheet, you’ll feel right at home here.

  • Champion environmental outcomes, supporting the delivery of sustainability, future-ready and net zero ambitions across projects.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders, with opportunities to represent the Environment and Consents team and act as a trusted point of contact.
