ORECA Motorsport is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Signes, near the Paul Ricard circuit in the VAR region, managing various projects.
Reporting to the Engineering Director, the Engineering and Design Office Project Manager will oversee the development of racing vehicles from requirements definition to final delivery while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
The main responsibilities include:
Additional duties involve risk analysis, planning project reviews, and preparing reports. You will be responsible for meeting deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications required include a Master’s or Engineering degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or an equivalent field. A project management certification is preferred.
Candidates should have five to ten years of experience in the automotive industry, including at least three years as a project manager, with proven experience in developing competition or high-performance vehicles and understanding racing vehicle systems. Experience in demanding environments such as F1, WEC, GT3, rally, or hypercar is essential.
