1. Lead and deliver strategic programmes, projects, and workstreams within a robust project controls and governance framework.
2. Track and manage project performance across scope, schedule, cost, and quality, taking early action to address risks or variances.
3. Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across trading, operations, IT, and external partners to ensure project alignment and value realisation.
4. Design and implement effective change and engagement strategies to support business adoption and maximise benefits.
5. Facilitate alignment and timely decision-making across business and technology stakeholders.
6. Mobilise, manage, and lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the right mix of skills, capacity, and experience to deliver high-quality outcomes.
7. Maintain compliance with project governance, risk, and assurance standards.
