Project Manager - Energy - Hybrid - London 3 days a weekDay rate: £500 - £650 (inside IR35) Duration: 6 months Start: ASAP
My new client is looking for a Project Manager to join the team on a contract basis, must have Energy sector experience. You will need to be in the office 3 days per week.
The ideal candidate shall take over the role of the business data adoption lead for a large energy and commodities company. This role aims to cultivate a data-centric culture among business and operational employees as part of a broader data strategy. He/She is responsible for steering stakeholders to get the best value from the data and tools available for self-service. The role requires expertise in the data domain (e.g. data governance, advanced analytics, reporting tools), a proven track record in enabling people and managing change and experience in the energy and commodities sector.
Key responsibilities* Act as a champion for data culture, enabling the business and operational team to get the best from their data and tools available * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data learning needs and create tailored solutions that meet these requirements* Collaborate with business teams to align data initiatives with business objectives.* Communicate and organise available data learning programs to enhance employees' data literacy and capability (across different target audiences)* Establish metrics to evaluate the progress of data use and value from stakeholders
