Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will lead the delivery of Fire Systems projects as part of our partnership with Transport for London (TfL). Responsibilities include defining project goals, managing budgets, tracking progress, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

This role offers hybrid working with flexibility to work remotely and in our Canning Town office 2–3 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple Fire Maintenance Contract projects for TfL
  • Prepare and submit quotes for minor works
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials
  • Develop logistics plans to meet delivery timelines
  • Maintain project documentation and records
  • Lead change control processes and communicate variations
  • Organize project meetings, including kick-offs and reviews

Who You Are:

A results-driven Project Manager with experience in fire-related projects, confident in stakeholder management and team coordination.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience managing fire systems projects
  • Delivering a programme of works valued at £1M+ annually
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP)
  • Experience with London Underground (LUL) or TfL projects is desirable
