• Experience delivering new-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Employer's Agent / Project Manager for projects in the Southampton area.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors and clients to ensure time, cost and quality targets are met.
• Represent the client and maintain stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
