Job description

A privately owned M&E & FM contractor specializing in office fitouts, refurbishments, and remedial works within the central London area, has a key requirement for an experienced site-based Project Manager to oversee the electrical phase of various projects ranging in value from 50k to 1 million.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee projects from design through to handover.
2. Manage direct and subcontracted delivery teams.
3. Handle design issues, delivery issues, programme management, client communication, and coordination with subcontractors and direct labour.

Requirements:

• Electrical qualification and SMSTS or SSSTS JIB card.
• Experience managing projects in a contractor environment.
• Based in London, within commuting distance to WT1, central London.

Details:

Ongoing contract basis, daily rate of £350 - £450, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

This is a hands-on position requiring active involvement in project delivery.
