Join Our Dynamic Team as Project Manager! | Central London (Old Street) | Hybrid


Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on managing logistics, timelines, and high-impact projects? We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our client - a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping UK businesses overcome barriers to growth and achieve their full potential. Through research, partnerships, and practical programmes, they support business success via strategic initiatives, peer learning opportunities, and major public events.


This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role. You'll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of projects and events, keeping everything on track while actively contributing to delivery. From report writing and budget tracking to coordinating with external partners and handling national event logistics, you'll be right at the heart of making things happen. It's a busy, varied, and social role that offers real scope to engage with people and projects across the UK.



  • Location: Old Street, London (6 minute walk from train station)

  • Contract Type: 12 Month FTC (Eventually permanent for the right person)

  • Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE)

  • Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid (Mondays & Fridays from home)

  • Start Date: August 2025


What You'll Be Doing



  • Managing and delivering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard

  • Coordinating logistics for national events, including venue planning, speaker engagement, and stakeholder liaison

  • Supporting budget tracking and contractual processes across programmes

  • Preparing reports and updates for senior leadership and key stakeholders

  • Helping to coordinate a flagship annual event and accompanying report, working with multiple internal and external contributors

  • Supporting peer learning and leadership programmes, with responsibilities spanning report writing, relationship coordination, and event logistics

  • Monitoring programme progress and identifying areas for improvement across the organisation's workstreams

  • Contributing to wider engagement activities, including events, forums, and national roadshows
