Responsibilities
- MARK/BTO is one of the MARK pillars, combining transversal and business lines dedicated functions.
- Its main responsibilities are to steer the business development of MARK activities, drive their transformation, and oversee their operational chains, financials, and risks.
- Lead and support transformation, business development, optimization, and regulatory projects for the Global Markets Division.
- Coordinate projects impacting Trading, Sales, or Engineering teams, mainly under Front office sponsorship.
- Manage various project types including team organization, process optimization, opportunity studies, program direction, and information systems change, following the global strategy set by Senior Management.
- Maintain regular contact with Front office, support, and control functions such as GBSU, RISQ, DFIN, CPLE, SEGL, DGLE.
- Propose solutions for transformation, development, and regulatory projects.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines.
- Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, or issues affecting project execution.
Profile required
- Strong project management and presentation skills, with the ability to understand client needs, scope missions, organize actions, meet deadlines, and manage budgets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of financial products and the Sales & Trading environment.
- Autonomous in managing missions, knowing when to seek management approval.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, synthesize, and analyze.
- Delivery-oriented with pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn new applications, tools, and processes.
- Proactive, initiative-taking, and ownership-driven attitude.
- Clear and appropriate reporting skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
