12 month FTC

Location – Warrington (WA3 6UT) - Hybrid 2 days per week in the office.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and orchestrating the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects from initiation to completion.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams.

What you will be doing:

Project Planning and Initiation:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings to align the team with project goals and expectations.
  • To effectively deliver project outcomes to agreed scope, time, cost and quality targets.
  • To provide regular, timely and high quality Project status reports.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage key workstream leads and project contributors.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team meets project milestones.
  • Advise & implement on project management frameworks, ways of working.

End-to-End Project Oversight:

  • Maintain a holistic view of the entire project, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Monitor and control project execution against the project plan, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels between team members and stakeholders.

Workstream Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with key workstream leads to ensure seamless integration of workstreams.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to coordinate activities, share updates, and address interdependencies.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages cross-functional problem-solving.
