Project Manager (Digital Transformation Programme) - (9 month FTC)

Location: Billericay (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our growing team within the Evolve programme. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and implementing digital transformation projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within the Evolve programme
  • Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate project teams and external vendors to achieve strategic outcomes
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across all levels
  • Identify risks, mitigate issues, and manage dependencies across workstreams
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery
  • Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and quality assurance standards
  • Champion continuous improvement and post-project evaluations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven project management experience within digital transformation.
  • Experience of either HR Rostering Planforms OR Financial Billing platforms.
  • Experience of Integrations and Data Migrations.
  • Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with cloud technologies and/or API integration
  • Background in Healthcare, Social care, or similar regulated industries
