Senior Account Manager - Digital Product - London - 45k

We are working with an award-winning brand activation agency supporting them on project and account management across an innovative digital platform they offer their clients.

We are looking for a Digital Senior Account Manager to join their product team of 7.

The role focuses on managing client experience across their experiential digital sampling product, liaising with developers to ensure smooth operations, and supporting the agency across websites and Java projects. The candidate will handle client needs, objectives, and project management of digital processes.

The Senior Account Manager will also manage adaptation needs across multiple markets and work on a variety of projects, from ad transcreation to large-scale campaigns, including media plan fulfillment. Experience with programmatics, data, digital assets, and strong digital skills are essential.

The candidate should be able to summarize information, maintain project statuses, and present updates. Responsibilities also include overseeing project costs, reporting, and acting as the main point of contact with clients, coordinating workflows, internal reports, client presentations, and ensuring adaptation work aligns with brand guidelines.

Requirements for the role include experience in an agency environment, client account management, production management skills, digital experience with brands or products, and experience collaborating with developers. Excellent communication, people skills, and an intuitive understanding of customer business needs are essential.
