Our Retail client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of their Home Insurance digital journeys. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the internal and third-party vendors involved in the development and implementation of these critical customer-facing digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the delivery of internal landing pages, brochureware, and third-party quote and buy journeys
  • Ensuring parity across all vendor platforms, including the company's self-service portal and any data handoffs between systems
  • Overseeing functional testing, assurance, and entry criteria for end-to-end and user acceptance testing
  • Providing triage support and remediation for any issues that arise
  • Supporting upgrades and associated test packs to achieve seamless integration with other workstreams
  • Transitioning the digital journeys to a live service and ensuring operational readiness

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience managing complex digital projects, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors
  • Excellent technical understanding of digital customer journeys and the ability to identify and resolve integration challenges
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
