£40–45k + yearly bonuses | Full-time | Contract-to-perm | Starts July 2025

You don’t just manage projects. You build systems and bring clarity when things get complex, and you do it all whilst keeping you're cool.

At Anonivate, we create standout digital experiences for global brands through strategy, design, and interactive storytelling. We’re growing fast and looking for a Project Manager who can lead delivery from the inside out. Someone who sees the whole picture, runs toward responsibility, and knows how to get the work over the line without burning anyone out.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll lead digital delivery across multiple workstreams while helping us build smarter, more scalable ways of working.

  • Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from brief to launch
  • Manage delivery of web design, UX, and product builds across teams and time zones
  • Build and implement processes, workflows, and SOPs from the ground up
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, design, development, and content
  • Own logistics, resourcing, task planning, and operational flow
  • Keep communication clear, expectations aligned, and clients confident
  • Lead client calls regularly and navigate them with ease
  • Can work UK hours between (9am to 6pm GMT), flexibility when needed
  • Spot and flag risks early, ask the right questions, and always keep momentum

You'll need

  • 5+ years of project or product management experience, or in similar role leading multidisciplinary teams in an agency or product team environment
  • Proven track record delivering digital and campaign-led projects in complex, fast-paced settings
  • Deep experience managing budgets, timelines, team bandwidth, and shifting scopes
  • Can build Go- to market strategies and scope project plans efficiently
  • Undergraduate degree (2:2 or above) or equivalent professional experience
  • Critical thinking grounded in first principles and second-order logic
  • Clear, calm, confident communicator especially in English, written and spoken
  • Proficient with project management tools: Notion, Trello, Float, Slack, and Google Workspace
  • Beginner-level Figma fluency: able to jump in for QA, comment, test, and review designs
  • Experience delivering digital products and campaigns for global brands
  • Highly-organised, detail-oriented, and self-directed

Bonus if you have:

  • Interest in AI tools, workflow automation, or productivity systems
  • Experience building internal tools or operational agents
  • A strong sense of safeguarding, operational risk, and legal awareness
  • A passion for improving not just delivery, but how teams work together

What You’ll Get

  • £40–45k salary (based on experience), plus yearly bonus
  • Full-time, remote-first setup with occasional planned in-person meetups
  • Annual training and upskilling budget (up to £1,000)
  • A high-trust, low-ego team that values clarity, initiative, and results
  • The chance to lead and shape the operations and delivery function as we grow

This Role Is for You If

You’re someone who is an excellent communicator and wants to be both leading the ship front and and back of-house, keeping everything in order, in motion giving everyone the confidence they are in safe hands.

You bring order to pressure, think fast without rushing, and support others while staying three steps ahead.

You care as much about people as you do about process. You’re a thinker and a doer.

You love learning, growing, and eventually want to lead your own department and team. Not just in theory but in action.

You’ve built systems, shipped world-class work, led cross-functional teams across time zones, and you want to see your impact move the needle.

You’re ready to help shape how a company operates, not just follow what’s already in place.

If that sounds a bit like you, apply here on LinkedIn.

We’re interviewing now ad hiring as early as July 2025 for the right candidate.
