Provide project management to the Digital Department, working across the Digital Directorate and with stakeholders in the Trust and beyond.
Establish and maintain a wide range of effective working relationships across SABP, delivering a range of digital projects and/or digital workstreams within the trust agreed programmes of work.
Use an appropriate project management methodology to manage allocated projects through their lifecycle from inception to delivery.
Drive and coordinate the planning and delivery of a range of Digital projects including developing project plans to ensure delivery against key project milestones using appropriate project planning approaches.
To deal with highly complex information, understand interdependencies between initiatives and projects, and have possibly contentious conversations with colleagues on delivery status.
To facilitate and enable high-level thinking, visioning and problem solving, in sessions that are designed to encourage the right kind of discussions with clear objectives and outputs
Provide project management and support to technical teams and the wider Digital Directorate including planning, implementation, project progress reporting and presentations.
