Key Responsibilities:
Lead medium to high-risk digital or technology projects (e.g., application upgrades, replacements, infrastructure projects)
Apply the appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on project context
Collaborate closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners
Ensure project governance, assurance, and reporting standards are met

Essential Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience delivering digital/technology projects at pace
Expert knowledge of project management tools, disciplines, and lifecycle models
Skilled in selecting and applying Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning tools
Strong analytical and decision-making skills using data-driven insights
Recognised project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, APM PMQ/PPQ)

Desirable Skills:
Experience in land-based or environmental sectors
Familiarity with public sector digital assurance frameworks
Experience with business requirements gathering and service design thinking
Understanding of target operating models and public sector procurement/contracts.
