Opportunity:

As a Diagnostics Project Manager, you will independently lead project planning, budget management, and timeline tracking for multiple high-priority projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery with risk management.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Develop analytics frameworks to evaluate Medical Affairs activities, including field engagement and content effectiveness.
  • Partner with Medical Insights, Field Medical Excellence, and Scientific Content teams to generate and act on data-driven insights.
  • Integrate diverse data sources to monitor performance and demonstrate the value of Medical Affairs initiatives.
  • Support the deployment of measurement strategies like NPS.
  • Collaborate across functions to align analytics with strategic goals and adapt to business needs.
  • Refine impact measurement strategies to maintain relevance and accuracy across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience managing multiple trials within drug development timelines and goals.
  • Ability to manage project plans, budgets, contracts, and vendor relations.
  • Strong leadership in meetings, action tracking, and information management.
  • Risk management skills for diagnostic solutions.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, methods, and templates for standardization.
  • Ability to implement process improvements and foster collaboration.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills across global teams.
  • Mentoring experience for junior project managers.
  • Report to the Global Head of Precision Medicine and Diagnostics, with cross-functional collaboration.
Education/Qualifications:
  • BSc, MSc, or PhD in life sciences or related field.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM).
Working Environment:
  • Permanent, full-time position based in the UK.
  • Hybrid working model, requiring at least 1 day per quarter in the Addlestone office; flexibility may vary.
