Opportunity: As a Diagnostics Project Manager, you will lead and execute project planning, budget management, and timeline tracking for multiple high-priority projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery with proper risk management.

Hybrid Working: This role offers a flexible remote working arrangement, allowing you to work from home and in our Addlestone office at least once per quarter.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Develop analytics frameworks to evaluate Medical Affairs activities.
  • Partner with various teams to derive insights and translate them into impactful actions.
  • Integrate data sources to monitor performance and demonstrate initiative value.
  • Support deployment of measurement strategies, including feedback tools like NPS.
  • Collaborate across functions to align analytics with strategic goals.
  • Refine impact measurement strategies to ensure ongoing relevance and accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
  • Manage multiple trials within drug programs, aligning with development timelines.
  • Handle project plans, budgets, contracts, and invoices in coordination with finance and vendors.
  • Lead meetings with clear agendas and action points.
  • Identify and manage project risks.
  • Use standardized project management tools and methods.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across functions.
  • Mentor junior managers.
  • Report to the Global Head of Precision Medicine and Diagnostics.
Education/Qualifications:
  • BSc, MSc, or PhD in life sciences or related field.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
Working Environment:
  • Permanent, full-time position based in the UK.
  • Hybrid work model with at least one day per quarter in the office.
