Stantec is actively involved in the design and management of projects across the energy sector. We are trusted by our clients to ensure the successful delivery of major projects across the UK and overseas. Our ongoing success creates opportunities for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team. The role can be based from any of our UK offices, with hybrid working allowing for a combination of in-office and home working.
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale projects. You will coordinate all aspects of our delivery to enable the provision of design services within a multi-disciplinary design & build (D&B) environment. You will work collaboratively with leading design teams and involve our clients and partner organizations to achieve successful outcomes. You will foster a positive environment and lead the team to deliver value and client service excellence.
Our D&B projects are dynamic environments that require effective identification and adoption of innovative processes and techniques to deliver sustainable solutions. Our Projects community will support you and provide access to Stantec’s expertise for cutting-edge delivery. We will support your development and help you achieve your career ambitions.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing part of our business with significant potential to make a positive impact on the water industry. It appeals to those eager to work collaboratively, drive continuous improvement, and exceed client expectations. Our UKI business is expanding rapidly, making this an ideal time to join and develop our project delivery capabilities.
You will have demonstrable experience leading D&B projects within consultancy or contracting companies, likely from a technical background such as engineering, construction management, or environmental consulting. You will hold qualifications in engineering or project management and possess a deep understanding of large, complex construction or engineering projects. Strong commercial and contractual acumen, especially regarding NEC contracts, is essential.
Through your previous roles, you will have built trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders and mentored less experienced team members. You will support and promote our company values, especially prioritizing our people and clients.
