Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Project Manager / Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of client projects while actively contributing to business development efforts. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with a consultancy background who is confident managing end-to-end project lifecycles, building strong client relationships, and playing a strategic role in expanding our client base and service offering. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing delivery excellence with entrepreneurial thinking to support our growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through effective resource planning, stakeholder management, and governance.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and internal leadership.
• Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to add value and extend our services within client accounts.
• Actively contribute to business development efforts by identifying and qualifying new opportunities.
• Support proposal development, including scoping, resourcing, and pricing input.
• Represent the company in client meetings, pitches, and networking events.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape and refine go-to-market strategies.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and delivery within a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to support new business development and contribute to sales/proposal efforts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Commercial acumen and a proactive mindset.
• Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
