Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the delivery of complex submarine projects, ensuring they meet time, quality, and budget targets
• Engaging with stakeholders and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Handling problem-solving scenarios and creating business cases to support project decisions
• Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure project requirements are fully understood and met
• Applying critical thinking and professional judgement to address project challenges
• Facilitating effective communication and coordination across multiple project teams
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and risk assessments

Job Requirements:

• Experience in project management within the Defence & Security sector, preferably with a focus on submarine solutions
