Project Manager – Data Centre relocation and upgrade (SC cleared)

Location: Remote with ad hoc travel

12 month FTC

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and ensure the successful execution of a Data Centre Relocation and Upgrade project. The role involves defining, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes, risk management, and compliance standards to minimize operational disruption and ensure a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols
  • Manage and conduct regular quality audits and internal checks
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external standards
  • Report on quality metrics and improvements, and lead improvement initiatives

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Quality Assurance, preferably in large-scale engineering, data centre migrations or upgrades
  • Strong understanding of data centre architectures, cloud integrations, and infrastructure components
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards
  • Experience conducting quality audits and implementing continuous improvement practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
