Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Databar based in Kendal OR Blackburn, UK.

Reporting to the Senior Projects Team Lead, the role involves delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards, managing complex technical products from design through manufacture, test, and on-site commissioning.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Deliver projects to specifications, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage multiple projects, implementing and controlling changes.
• Monitor project progress, report regularly, and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop effective solutions, communicate effectively, and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely invoicing and final accounts.
• Provide accurate reports to the senior team.
• Promote and develop business opportunities, complying with company policies.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Degree in Electronics, Aerospace, Mechanical, Management Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven project management experience in manufacturing, construction, or electrical sectors.
• Experience with Databar is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficient in English for technical discussions with international teams.
