Job description

As our Project Manager, you'll lead customer projects from initiation through to completion across our full product menu - LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and Security. Your mission: deliver seamless onboarding and best-in-class delivery experiences that set us apart in the market. Your day-to-day will be varied, challenging, and impactful including:

  • End-to-End Delivery - Take full ownership of projects across their entire lifecycle, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed objectives.
  • Lead Project Meetings - Facilitate kick-offs, workshops, and regular check-ins with stakeholders, providing clear agendas, actions, and updates.
  • Build Trusted Relationships - Develop and maintain strong, trusting partnerships with customers, internal teams, and external partners to drive successful outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management - Anticipate and address challenges, mitigate risks proactively, and implement effective contingency plans to keep projects on track.
  • Document and Govern - Maintain comprehensive project plans, RAID logs, and governance standards, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Champion Process Excellence - Consistently apply project management methodologies (Waterfall, PRINCE2, or hybrid) to uphold quality, accountability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience delivering complex IT/Telecoms infrastructure projects.
  • Hands-on experience with WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and hybrid methodologies.
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner (MSP, PMP, or similar an advantage).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Strong documentation, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to obtain BPSS and other relevant security clearances.
