What we need

we are looking for a project manager to join the creative team within our marketing department. this role will lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. this involves a wide range of responsibilities, including planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific project goals

What you’ll do

Key accountabilities

  • Managing and overseeing projects of all sizes
  • Defining project scopes, creating timelines and schedules, allocating resources based on creative team capacity, and managing budgets
  • Maintaining timelines and priorities on projects
  • Oversee task creation, assignment and tracking in project management tools (eg asana, teams)
  • Create and maintain process documentation to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent delivery
  • Creative studio resource planning including weekly planning meetings with wider marketing team
  • Working closely with the producer to make sure budgets and timelines are adhered to
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, understanding their needs, and ensuring those needs are being met where possible
  • Day to day studio management / administrative tasks eg. accounts + invoices, studio calendar and meetings, other ad hoc tasks to keep studio running efficiently
What you’ll need
  • 3+ years project management experience within a creative environment
  • Passionate about food and culture
  • Natural problem solver who anticipates challenges before they become problems
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communication
  • Good level of Asana and Microsoft teams
  • Not afraid to step in and help in other areas of the company
  • Pre-emptive problem solver (understanding practicalities in advance)
  • Flexible, motivated and driven
  • Intelligent, resourceful and self starter
  • Ability to clearly and passionately communicate and present your ideas
  • A true team player with a positive and proactive attitude
