A leading engineering firm in Bridgwater is seeking a Planning Integration Lead to oversee full planning integration for permanent cranes across 34 buildings. The role involves managing a delivery scope of £60m, ensuring aligned scheduling, and interfacing with global stakeholders including a French client. Ideal candidates should possess strong construction planning skills and proficiency in Primavera P6.

Qualifications

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and planning software
Strong understanding of construction planning across complex infrastructure
Quantity surveying background or experience in project cost control
Working knowledge of CDM Regulations
Analytical and critical reasoning skills for planning risk and mitigation
Experience in managing high-value packages and contract delivery
Skilled in stakeholder communication across site and client teams
Understanding of nuclear quality assurance and site safety expectations

️ Desired Skills

️ Degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, or related field
️ APM PPQ or other project management certifications
️ Experience in FIDIC contract environments
️ Proven record of managing commercial claims or contract change
️ Knowledge of large mechanical installation packages (e.g. cranes, heavy plant)
