What You’ll Do

Step into a pivotal role where your expertise will drive meaningful change in how global organization's report and manage their sustainability performance.

Client Delivery

  • Lead and deliver global ESG and climate assurance engagements aligned with ISAE 3000 and ERM CVS methodologies.
  • Ensure high-quality, independent assurance of GHG/ESG data for multinational clients across diverse sectors.

Project Management

  • Oversee complex projects from planning to invoicing.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and internal tracking tools with precision.

Client Engagement

  • Be the face of ERM CVS for your projects. Leading kick-off meetings, site visits, status updates, and final presentations.

Business Development

  • Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Support proposal development and contribute to the team’s growth.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Play an active role in recruitment and team development.

What You Bring

  • A degree in sustainability, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 5 – 6 years of professional experience within audit, consulting or other professional services
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of assurance standards (ISAE 3000, ISO 14064-3, ISSA 5000).
  • Broad ESG knowledge (GHG emissions, biodiversity, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, supply chain, governance, and more).
  • Familiarity with key reporting frameworks: GHG Protocol, ISSB, GRI, TCFD, CDP, CSRD, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills (especially in Excel) and excellent communication abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to travel internationally for client engagements.
  • Global language skills are a plus.
