Job Description:
Description

About the team:

The Project Management team is a recent addition to the business, formed to coordinate and align projects across the organisation. Our mission is to build a clear and scalable blueprint that supports the company’s global expansion goals.

We work cross-functionally with every department, collaborating with teams in logistics, customer service, warehousing, and beyond, to drive consistency and create seamless experiences for both our customers and colleagues.

About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven continuous improvement Project Manager to lead and support operational enhancement initiatives across the business. Reporting to our Director of Project Management, you’ll work with stakeholders across the business to spot inefficiencies, streamline processes, and help implement long-lasting improvements. This role is ideal for someone experienced in operations who is looking to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

You’ll start by familiarizing yourself with existing operational processes and identifying quick-win opportunities for improvement. You’ll lead or support small to medium projects focused on process optimisation and efficiency. As you settle in, you’ll take ownership of cross-functional improvement projects, scoping, planning, and delivering initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies. You’ll build trust and credibility across teams and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Driving Excellence…

With a strong foundation, you’ll be a key driver in making operational excellence a core part of how we work at Vintage Cash Cow. You’ll monitor the impact of changes, track KPIs and ROI, and ensure improvements are sustained across the business.

Key Goals, Responsibilities & Skills
  • Deliver high-impact improvement projects that result in measurable time or cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed Lean and continuous improvement thinking into daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, or bottlenecks.
  • Plan and deliver operational improvement projects across multiple departments.
  • Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and training sessions to build internal capabilities.
  • Monitor KPIs and outcomes, ensuring improvements are embedded and measurable.
  • Act as a change advocate, helping teams adopt a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in operations, logistics, customer services, or similar fields.
  • Exposure to project delivery, change management, or Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Green Belt or equivalent).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, influence others, and lead proactively.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus.
