About the Role:

Within the Moment team, each member leads different projects, which can evolve and vary depending on product development.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee two major ongoing projects:

1. French market development: The French market is currently in its launch phase, with low client numbers and acquisitions. The role involves sales, customer satisfaction, and relationship management with French chefs. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the Cookpad founder, lead new product expansion, and impact the value created for customers in France.
2. Project Content Management: You will influence the global customer experience by ensuring that recipe content, coaching videos, and key concepts are timely, current, and continuously improved. Responsibilities include managing feedback, tracking progress, and releasing high-quality coaching scripts to enhance learners' experience worldwide. You will also identify workflow improvements and leverage technology to boost efficiency. This role involves active content ownership without direct reports.

Both roles are managed by a single individual, as they are highly compatible. It is important that developers are also involved in product development activities; everyone at Moment contributes actively to the product's evolution. These projects may change as the product develops.
