What we are recruiting for

We are seeking Project Managers with built environment experience to work on public sector projects.

Roles & responsibilities
  • Determine project management, technical services, and external resources needed for each project.
  • Collaborate with construction managers and external teams to ensure successful project delivery, communicating strategies effectively.
  • Manage consultant teams and stakeholders, overseeing project scope, fees, claims, and variations.
  • Display strong communication and negotiation skills to support client relationships.
  • Maintain the program schedule, proactively addressing delays with acceleration measures.
  • Create design and authority programs aligned with procurement and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design phases in accordance with project milestones.
  • Assist in sequencing, methodology, and planning activities.
Experience & background
  • Experience delivering complex projects within operational environments.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management or construction disciplines.
  • Knowledge of construction and property industries, including estimating, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and financial reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for reporting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working in a recognized consulting firm.
