Project Manager, Business Change Consultant

Are you ready to make a meaningful change in the non-profit sector? We're looking for a passionate and skilled Business Change Consultant and help transform organisations through strategic technology and change management.

About the Role: As a Business Change Consultant, you will work closely with non-profit organisations to guide them through key system changes and long-term strategic transformations. This role is a unique blend of strategic thinking, project management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational improvement, offering a chance to make a tangible difference.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Conduct strategic assessments of organisational needs to recommend effective systems and processes.

Plan, oversee, and deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring successful outcomes.

Manage and support teams through change, fostering adaptability and seamless transitions to new systems.

Build strong, cooperative relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout.

Deliver practical solutions through business process reviews, requirements gathering, and developing compelling business cases.

Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate should bring:

2+ years of experience in project management or business analysis (experience in both is highly desirable).

Proficiency in using modern project management tools and handling multiple projects of varying scales.

A proven ability to deliver complex systems implementations (e.g., CRM, CMS, Finance systems).

Experience in stakeholder engagement and organisational change management.

A commitment to providing high-quality work with strong attention to detail.

Certification or familiarity with Prince 2 or similar methodologies is an advantage.

Experience in the non-profit sector is preferred but not essential.
