• Expérience en gestion de projet de construction, de préférence dans l'adaptation commerciale.
• Responsabilité pour un output de haute qualité.
• Expérience dans un environnement de conseil.

Our client is looking for a candidate who will work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering on time, to cost, and to agreed specifications,
• Ensuring the integrity of project reports,
• Leading progress meetings and supporting stakeholder engagement,
• Ensuring a safe working environment throughout the project,
• Managing and controlling change, risks, and actions effectively,
• Supporting the Senior Project Manager in leading a multi-disciplinary team to achieve project objectives,
• Delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed or near completion of a relevant qualification (degree and/or professional qualification from a Chartered Body),
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills,
• Experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial fit-out,
• Responsibility for high-quality output and understanding how individual contributions impact the project timeline and success,
• Experience working within a consultancy environment.
