Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Project Manager located in Coleman St. Our client is contribute to the continued growth of Singapore’s construction industry. The role involves planning and managing the project to meet contractual schedules, including developing a master program and site facilities plan. It requires budgeting, manpower planning, and quality control to meet project and contract requirements. The person will lead the team in coordinating with clients and consultants, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities also include working with HQ on budget, safety, and ISO documentation, assigning roles, communicating objectives, and ensuring site compliance with statutory requirements in collaboration with the WSHO. Staff performance will be monitored, with guidance and training provided as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 15 years of experiences (Singapore) in Residential Condo, Factory, Office, Warehouse Project and at least one of the project as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering n.e.c (including construction engineering, construction technology & materials)
