Project Manager - Construction Management needed in Tower Hamlets, £218.12 per day PAYE - Reference: RQ1494916
- Manage and lead all allocated building works and aspects of projects under direction from the Senior Building Surveyor.
- Ensure the allocated Building Surveyor delivers the full range of duties on allocated works, including major new build/refurbishment projects, planned maintenance, and other revenue and capital funded projects.
- Conduct stakeholder consultation, brief agreement, preparation, and presentation of feasibilities and option appraisals.
- Prepare accurate budget estimates and spend profile projections.
- Higher National Diploma in Building Studies or equivalent formal qualification.
- Extensive experience in direct management of surveyors delivering works to a commercial property portfolio.
- Significant experience as a Chartered Construction Manager or Chartered Building Engineer working directly on commercial properties.
- Experience in a large Corporate/Civil service/Local Government office environment, creating complete project tender packs and managing projects from feasibility/design through to completion.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
